📄 How to Do a Photocopy (Step-by-Step Guide)
1. Turn on the Photocopier

Press the power button to switch on the photocopy (Xerox) machine.

Wait for the machine to warm up (usually takes a few seconds to a minute).
2. Place the Document

Open the lid and place the document you want to copy face down on the glass surface.

Align it properly using the guide marks (usually at the corner or edges).
3. Close the Lid

Gently close the lid to avoid light exposure and get a clear copy.
4. Choose Settings (if needed)

Select options based on your needs:

Paper size: A4, A3, etc.
